Kearsarge Magazine Finds Success with GoldMine

It is impossible to be a successful salesperson without the right technology. When Kearsarge Magazine was founded in August 2005, the first purchase was GoldMine. After three successful issues — and the creation of a sister publication, Upper Valley Life — it was time to get everyone involved with sales, from a dedicated sales representative to the editor, on the same page with GoldSync. We clicked one button and sales information from two remote offices is automatically updated.

infoSpectrum was invaluable throughout the installation process, working patiently with nontechnological folks, old technology and odd schedules. It was expertise that can’t be found in a manual or an online help file, and it was infoSpectrum’s personal service that brought both magazines to a whole new level of sales. Kearsarge Magazine and Upper Valley Life are profitable (after only a year) because GoldMine helps us manage our advertiser, advertising prospect, vendor and subscriber information and GoldSync keeps two remote offices up-to-date. We’ll be calling infoSpectrum again soon — two new hires will now need the technology and infoSpectrum’s stellar training and support!

There are few things better in the world than a smooth upgrade.   Thank you very much for all your help, knowledge and efficient execution of our recent upgrade process to Goldmine 7.0 Corporate Edition.

As you are aware, we here at Private Jet Services Group, Inc. live by the phone and email.  We provide private jet service all around the world and thus, our technology and communication equipment needs to perform for us as we continue to grow.  You provided us with a solid background of what benefits that we would see from moving forward with the upgrade to 7.0.  I am very glad that we succeeded in further moving our growing company into a more stable contact management software environment.

Hopefully, with the stronger back end SQL platform of Goldmine 7.0 I will no longer have employees complaining to me that their email and Goldmine is down.   It became a common occurrence on Fridays over the past six months.
